CHS Inc. is seeking an Experienced AP/AR Specialist to join its finance team onsite in Kindred ND or Gwinner ND. The role supports the procure-to-pay process, reviews supplier invoices, resolves discrepancies, and helps drive process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in Finance/Accounting, strong MS Office skills, and attention to detail. The position is based on-site at our North Dakota locations, with opportunities to collaborate across departments and participate in projects that

Formación

1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or AP/AR.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

Process and monitor supplier invoices and related transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
Review invoices for pricing, quantities, coding, approvals and completeness; make corrections as needed.
Research and resolve invoice, pricing, payment, and supplier account discrepancies; address past-due items.
Identify root causes of invoice and payment issues and collaborate with partners to resolve recurring problems.
Support specialized invoice processing, reconciliations and other complex transactions.
Maintain documentation and work with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent processing practices.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross-training within the team.
