Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join our Finance team in Garrison, ND. This onsite role focuses on billing, data entry, and supporting multiple Agronomy locations with accuracy and customer service.

You will reconcile payments, resolve data discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with accounting policies. A strong attention to detail and dependable communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and data entry.
• Reconcile tills and apply customer payments accurately.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Operations teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Review customer documentation for correct system setup and compliance with accounting policies.
• Handle escalated issues professionally and support process improvements.
