Job summary

Hebbia seeks a Forward-Deployed Product Manager to bring AI-powered workflows to financial institutions. You will own customer engagements from problem identification to success metrics, collaborating directly with customers and engineers to build practical solutions using Hebbia's platform.

You will lead engagements onsite, test workflows with real data, and navigate integrations, permissions, and adoption constraints to deliver measurable business impact. Travel and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

Experience shipping software with engineering teams.
Experience leading customer implementations from discovery to launch.
Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and data systems.
Strong product and commercial judgment.
Clear communication with executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery to understand business problems, current workflows, data, and constraints; define measurable success.
Collaborate with sales and customer teams to scope new opportunities and prioritize value delivery.
Translate customer needs into requirements, designs, prototypes, and delivery plans for engineers.
