Job summary

Hebbia is seeking a Product Manager to own a critical area of our AI product, enabling investors and bankers to research companies, analyze data, and produce reliable outputs. You will define direction, select problems to solve, and work with engineering, design, and research to move capabilities from discovery through adoption.

You will spend time with customers, translate learnings into improvements, and own the roadmap and impact after launch.

Qualifications

• Experience independently owning a software product area from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear priorities, practical requirements, and focused releases.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data systems, and AI products; comfortable working with engineers on tradeoffs.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to research, prototype, analyze data, or build software.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a product area, aligning customer needs with business goals.
• Synthesize customer research, usage data, and deployments to identify valuable problems.
• Design complete user workflows and turn them into requirements and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and research on tradeoffs in accuracy, usability, reliability, and cost.
• Set quality criteria for AI outputs and analyses with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize reusable product capabilities balancing value, opportunity, effort and cost.
• Drive execution with timely decisions and context for engineers.
