Job summary

Highbeam is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Intelligence surface across banking, bill pay, cards, and treasury. You will define how AI appears in financial workflows, ship core agentic workflows, and drive weekly velocity from spec to launch.

You’ll work in NoHo, NYC, collaborating with a high‑velocity team to turn customer insights into concrete product decisions and monetization strategies.

Qualifications

• PM with 4–6 years in early-stage startups or Series A-C
• Experience using AI tools for iteration and validation
• Built AI/LLM-based product experiences

Responsibilities

• Own Intelligence product surface across banking, bill pay, cards, treasury
• Define AI appearances in financial workflows (automation vs control)
• Ship core agentic workflows (automated AP, treasury optimization)
• Drive weekly product velocity from spec to launch
• Run customer insight loops and translate into product decisions
• Own 0→1 product definition in ambiguous areas
• Drive adoption and monetization beyond launches
• Improve speed of iteration and feedback loops
• Contribute to product narrative and positioning
