Job summary

Hebbia is seeking a Forward-Deployed Product Manager to drive AI-enabled workflows for financial institutions. You’ll own engagements from discovery to measurable business impact, collaborating with customers and engineers to design, test, and roll out practical solutions using Hebbia’s platform.

You will spend time onsite with clients, navigate integration constraints, and ensure adoption and success, while turning successful patterns into reusable capabilities for future engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping software with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to lead customer implementations from discovery to launch.
• Strong API and data-system fluency.
• Excellent communication with executives and engineers.
• Willingness to own delivery onsite with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery to understand business problems, data, and constraints.
• Collaborate with sales and customer teams to scope opportunities and plan initial engagements.
• Translate customer needs into requirements and delivery plans for engineers.
• Partner with engineers on integrations, data access, and AI behavior.
• Manage day-to-day delivery relationships with stakeholders and adapt scope as needed.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure quality before rollout.
• Own rollout, user enablement, and adoption to achieve business outcomes.
• Identify patterns across engagements to drive reusable solutions.
