Job summary

Tensec seeks a senior product/AI-enabled workflow leader to sit inside client finance teams and design how AI tools move data between ERP, billing, and payments systems.

You will decide what moves between systems, what the agent handles, and what stays human-in-the-loop, while engineers build the integrations. Based in Palo Alto with a hybrid office schedule, you’ll shape workflows for real business impact and turn client-specific work into a scalable product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building or delivering software for finance and back-office teams.
• Deep understanding of AR/AP, billing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Ability to map processes to data and ownership across systems.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows in client onboarding or finance.

Responsibilities

• Embed within client finance teams to learn workflows and design integration points.
• Define which tasks move to AI agents and which require human review.
• Turn client-specific work into configurable product workflows.
• Write specs and flows for engineers and stay close to build.
• Lead client sessions with controllers, AR/AP teams to map processes.
• Partner with logistics experts to shape pricing and billing.
