Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking an AI Continuous Improvement Specialist to translate business problems into actionable process improvements across the organization. The role focuses on process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and practical AI applications within the IT context, while driving standardization and measurable improvements.

As part of the AI Team, you willPartner with field managers and operations teams to build alignment, deploy AI agents, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

Experience translating business problems into process improvements.
Ability to map current- and future-state processes.
Strong stakeholder analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on experience applying AI/tools to process improvement.

Responsibilities

Translate business problems into process improvement opportunities and map processes.
Lead cross-functional workshops to drive standardization and change.
Evaluate AI/automation opportunities and build prioritized use cases.
Establish metrics to measure cycle time and value delivered.
Partner with data/platform teams to scale production-grade AI solutions.
Maintain and tune AI agents and ensure cost efficiency as usage grows.
Document patterns and share knowledge with the AI Team.
