Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking an AI Applications Administrator to own and operate enterprise AI platforms. You will bridge hands-on administration with governance, ensuring secure, compliant, and cost-efficient AI tools that deliver measurable business value.

The role is 100% onsite, starting day 1 in Erlanger, KY, working with IT leadership and partners to drive AI adoption and best practices. You will manage Azure AD, licensing, and operational runbooks while monitoring performance and costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Business Admin or related field.
  • 3+ years in enterprise IT or platform operations with Microsoft and AI systems.
  • 3+ years managing ChatGPT Enterprise or similar LLM environments.
  • Hands-on admin with Copilot, 365, and Azure AD tenant configurations.
  • PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting; basic Python or shell scripting a plus.
  • Understanding of DLP, Purview, and SIEM logging practices.
  • Strong customer service and IT ticketing experience (ITIL familiar).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, generative AI, and ethical AI practices.
  • Azure AI Engineer or Microsoft 365 Administrator certs desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain enterprise AI platforms to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable operations.
  • Manage Azure AD app registrations, API keys, licensing, and user provisioning for AI-enabled applications.
  • Monitor AI platform performance, costs, and adoption metrics; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for AI support tickets, triaging incidents and maintaining documentation and runbooks.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional partners in HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive AI adoption and best practices.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and SIEM integrations to ensure data protection and visibility.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and manage day-to-day operational governance with AI service providers.
  • Support rollout initiatives, governance meetings, and compliance reviews for Fischer Homes’s AI programs.

This position is 100% onsite, day 1 in our Erlanger, KY office.

  • Understanding of data loss prevention (DLP), Microsoft Purview, and SIEM logging practices.
  • Strong customer service and IT ticketing experience (ITIL familiarity preferred).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, generative AI, and ethical AI practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or Microsoft 365 Administrator desirable.
Physical demands and work environment:
  • Must have use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone and face-to-face contact.
  • Must have the capability to effectively use and operate various items of office-related equipment such as but not limited to the computer, calculator, copier, and printers.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
  • Must be able to travel to company offices, division locations, or field sites as required.
