Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking an AI Applications Administrator to own and operate Fischer's enterprise AI platforms, ensuring secure, compliant, and cost-efficient performance. This role blends hands-on administration with governance and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value.

Based onsite in Erlanger, KY, you will partner with IT, HR, Legal and Finance to drive AI adoption, manage Azure AD, API keys, licensing, and runbooks, and monitor platform health and costs while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise IT or platform operations experience with Microsoft and AI systems.
• 3+ years of experience managing ChatGPT Enterprise or similar large language model environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD tenant configurations.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting; basic Python or shell scripting a plus.
• Understanding of data loss prevention (DLP), Microsoft Purview, and SIEM logging practices.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, generative AI, and ethical AI practices.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or Microsoft 365 Administrator desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise AI platforms to ensure secure, compliant operations.
• Manage Azure AD app registrations, API keys, licensing, and user provisioning for AI-enabled apps.
• Monitor AI platform performance, costs, and adoption metrics with actionable insights.
• Serve as the primary contact for AI support tickets and maintain runbooks.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional partners to drive AI adoption.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and SIEM integrations.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and day-to-day governance with AI service providers.
• Support rollout initiatives, governance meetings, and compliance reviews.
