Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Sr. Continuous Improvement Engineer in Dallas, TX to lead AI-enabled process improvements across manufacturing operations. The role combines technical analytics with leadership to drive safety, quality, and cost performance.

You will guide cross-functional teams, implement data-driven solutions, and mentor engineers and analysts while advancing governance and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing operations, analytics, automation, or related technical fields.
• Strong interest in applying AI and advanced analytics to solve business challenges.
• Ability to learn and utilize technical systems and large datasets.
• Knowledge of analytical model development, deployment, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement initiatives using structured process-improvement frameworks with analytics/AI technologies.
• Partner with operations, engineering, business, and CI teams to standardize and scale solutions across sites.
• Support data-driven systems through predictive analytics, simulation, optimization, and automated decision support.
• Apply statistical analysis, ML, forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization to identify opportunities.
• Promote disciplined experimentation, SPC, and hypothesis-driven analysis.
