Slalom is seeking a technology-focused consultant to design and deploy generative AI and ML solutions for client challenges. You’ll blend ML/AI expertise with consulting skills to deliver impactful, production-ready systems across cloud platforms.

You’ll work with data scientists and engineers, apply RAG, prompts, and ML tooling, and help scale AI solutions in real-world environments. This role emphasizes collaboration and practical, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing ML/AI models into production.
• 2-4 years of professional Managed or IT Consulting experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong Python for ML/AI use cases and data engineering familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI/ML solutions that solve business problems.
• Develop LLM-powered apps using RAG, agents, prompts, tooling, and fine-tuning where appropriate.
• Apply ML/DL methods to create AI tools addressing real business needs.
• Assist in designing and delivering traditional ML solutions across CV, NLP, and recommender systems.
