Job summary

Slalom is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy generative AI and machine learning solutions that solve business problems for clients. You will develop LLM-powered applications using RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning where appropriate.

You’ll apply ML/DL techniques across computer vision, NLP, and recommendation systems while staying current with AI trends. Contribute to the AI community through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing models into production.
• Consulting experience in data science or AI projects preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
