Job summary

Slalom is seeking a technologist to design, build, and deploy generative AI and machine learning solutions. You will develop LLM-powered applications using RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling to solve real business problems.

Applicants should have 3+ years in production ML/AI and strong communication skills, with hands-on experience across ML/DL, and familiarity with major clouds. The role offers hybrid work with onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production ML/AI experience.
• Strong consultative and communication skills.
• Fluent in AI/ML concepts and Cloud familiarity (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on with generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI and ML solutions.
• Develop LLM-powered apps using RAG, agents, and tool calls.
• Apply ML/DL to build AI tools solving business problems.
• Present and deliver traditional ML solutions (CV, NLP, recommender systems).
• Stay updated on AI/ML trends and mentor others.
