Qualifications
- 7+ years building production software and leading teams.
- Proven AI agents shipping experience with eval-driven iteration.
- Expertise in agentic system design: when to use tools vs sub-agents.
- Hands-on with LangGraph, Anthropic SDK, OpenAI Agents.
- Depth in Python and/or TypeScript, distributed systems, AWS, CI/CD.
- Strong communication with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior engineers building AI-powered customer experiences.
- Make architectural decisions on AI vs deterministic logic.
- Set engineering standards for spec-driven development and eval tooling.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and security.
- Recruit and mentor engineers; manage performance.
- Bridge executive strategy and hands-on engineering.
