You will manage BMS, lighting controls, security tech, and AI-enabled building tools, ensuring reliability and seamless employee experience.

Based in Miami, this onsite role partners with IT, Security, and vendors, driving standards, project coordination, and continuous improvement in a dynamic workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting facility technology, building automation, or similar
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, HVAC controls, lighting, security, and smart building tech
• Experience partnering with IT and other technical teams on connectivity, security, and access needs
• Excellent project coordination, vendor management, communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and reliability of facility technology systems (BMS, lighting, security, access).
• Monitor performance, alarms, trends, and reporting to improve uptime and maintenance.
• Collaborate with facilities operations to support HVAC, lighting schedules, and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate meetings and events technology support and AV for company events.
• Manage security-related facility technologies in partnership with Security and IT.
• Develop and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation for facility tech.
