Job summary

Insight Global is recruiting for a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge business strategy with AI implementation for a Fortune 50 client. You will partner with manufacturing/plant maintenance leaders to define automated needs, validate value, and drive high-impact AI deployments using generative AI, LLMs, and robust data integration.

You will collaborate across data platforms, ERP/CRM integrations, and cloud environments, delivering scalable AI solutions while ensuring governance and enterprise

Qualifications

• 12+ years of combined business and technology experience.
• Strong business expertise in the Manufacturing/Plant Maintenance industry.
• MES (Manufacturing Execution System), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) experience.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business strategy and AI implementation for manufacturing.
• Partner with business leaders to validate value and drive AI initiatives.
• Build and deploy AI-driven solutions, including generative AI and LLMs.
