Job summary

Scale AI seeks an AI Data Engineer to design and implement data pipelines and agents for government customers. You will build end-to-end data integrations, deploy software at client sites, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable backend services.

Ideal candidates have strong ETL skills, Python development, cloud experience, and the ability to work hybrid on-site with a focus on secure environments. Active Secret clearance or willingness to obtain TS/SCI is required.

Qualifications

• ETL and data pipelines experience across diverse data sources.
• Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing and governance principles.
• Hybrid customer facing engineer with Python development background.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for data pipelines and data agents.
• Implement end-to-end data integrations syncing data with Scale's platform.
• Deploy and maintain Scale software at customer sites.
• Build robust backend systems that scale for customers.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
