RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Assistant General Manager for Summit Towers in Hollywood, FL. The role supports the General Manager in daily operations, governance, and resident services, with a focus on HOA management excellence.

The position requires HOA management experience and Florida LCAM, with CMCA/AMS/PCAM credentials preferred. A valid driver’s license and bilingual abilities are advantageous, as is a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of HOA management experience required.
• Florida LCAM required; CMCA/AMS/PCAM credentials preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Community Association Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in active-adult or large-scale HOA communities.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and community operations: assist GM in daily administration and operations; act as General Manager when designated.
• Board governance and administrative support: prepare packets, attend meetings, maintain records.
• Compliance administration and architectural review: track compliance and approvals, coordinate hearings.
• Maintenance and facilities oversight: oversee common areas, coordinate PM programs and inspections.
• Vendor and contract management: track renewals, solicit bids, compare analyses, maintain vendor records.
• Financial administration: review AP, assist with budgets and reserves, collect resident payments.
• Risk management and insurance administration: assist with insurance programs and incident reporting.
