Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for an on-site role in the Tampa, FL area. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, and financial activities to optimize cash flow while supervising staff in the absence of the Community Manager.

Ideal candidates have experience with affordable housing programs and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. On-site software proficiency and a strong focus on resident satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years in housing industry or related experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to operate onsite software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under Community Manager supervision.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, administration and risk management on-site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
