Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Jupiter, FL seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to develop and maintain QMS processes, procedures, and work instructions in support of AS9100/9110 compliance. The role focuses on improving manufacturing, assembly, and inspection to prevent defects and ensure on-site quality.

You will perform audits, review FAI records, issue and close Quality Notifications, and lead DAISE, PRT, and CAB reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) with required experience.
• Ability to attain and maintain Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop QMS processes, procedures and work instructions.
• Perform audits and reviews for AS9100/9110.
• Review and approve FAI’s.
• Issue and close Quality Notifications (QN’s).
• Lead in DAISE, PRT, and CAB reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Improve manufacturing, assembly, inspection and test processes to prevent defects.
