Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred in Engineering, Mathematics, or Applied Sciences.
• 3–5 years of related experience in Manufacturing/Industrial settings preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100, MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883, and IPC-A-610 preferred.
• Ability to develop, analyze, articulate and present technical information in written and verbal form.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with management, customers, and vendors.
• Access to a cleanroom environment and adherence to procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day QA support for production, engineering, and procurement within an AS9100 aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.
• Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection procedures, and processes to meet requirements.
• Investigate nonconformances with root cause analysis and corrective actions; respond to CARs.
• Participate in internal and customer audits and continuous improvement initiatives for AS9100 compliance.
• Review ECNs, manufacturing travelers, and SOPs for regulatory compliance.
• Support product qualification testing, environmental testing, and inspections; document issues.
