Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent; on-site role.
• Aerospace experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems is preferred to manage orders and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance the customer experience across all functions.
• Manage customer orders and shipments to meet and exceed expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order execution from inception to invoicing.
• Provide RFQs, PO review, and documentation support; respond to customer inquiries.
