Job summary

StandardAero is seeking an Analyst, Sales Operations to partner with the Business Aviation Sales team. You will deliver data-driven insights, optimize processes, and support Salesforce CRM initiatives to improve sales efficiency.

The role requires strong analytics, CRM experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable information that aligns with strategic and financial goals. Based in Dallas, you will travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with SQL, APEX, Java, Python, HTML, and/or CSS.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, reporting).
  • Experience supporting national/global sales operations.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce CRM enhancements and automations.
  • Customer service skills demonstrated in prior roles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • Availability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present data models to transform business data into information for data-driven decisions.
  • Manage and execute reporting measures of sales and business performance.
  • Create automated analytical systems, models, or tools to support the business.
  • Improve CRM database improvements and support Salesforce users.
  • Respond to internal inquiries across Sales, Marketing, and operations.
  • Provide vendor support and analysis for pipelines and campaigns.
  • Conduct business, market and territory analysis.
  • Enhance Sales efficiency through process improvements and technology.
  • Support marketing automation initiatives.
  • Design and implement efficiencies for the Sales Team through tech improvements.
  • Analyze and support improvements across Salesforce products.
  • Perform special projects as directed by the Sales Operations Director.

The Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) serves as a key business partner to the Business Aviation Sales organization, providing data-driven analysis, process optimization, systems support, and cross-functional collaboration. The SOA delivers proactive and reactive analysis, executes recurring processes, supports sales systems, and provides actionable insights across sales pipelines, product lines, shop capacity, markets, territories, sales effectiveness, and business trends. Success requires strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information that supports StandardAero's strategic, operational, and financial objectives.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and present data models to transform business data into information that will assist in making data driven decisions
  • Manage and execute various reporting measures of sales and business performance
  • Process and/or create automated analytical systems, models, or tools required to support the business
  • Implement CRM database improvements and support CRM users (Salesforce.com)
  • Receive, evaluate, and respond to internal customer inquiries and requests across Sales, Marketing, and associated functional operations
  • Provide outside database vendor support and analysis, pipeline and campaign specific analysis, and product line reporting
  • Conduct business, market and territory analysis
  • Improve Sales efficiency through continuous improvements
  • Provide marketing automation support
  • Create, design and implement efficiencies for the Sales Team through advancements in technology or enhanced processes
  • Analyze, develop, and support improvements across Salesforce.com products
  • Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by the Sales Operations Director
Position Requirements:
  • Proficiency with computer programming language(s): SQL, APEX, Java, Python, HTML, and/or CSS
  • High-level Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data input, etc.).
  • Experience supporting national and/or global sales operations
  • Experience implementing Salesforce CRM enhancements and automations
  • Demonstrated customer service skills through prior relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Availability to travel up to 15%
Preferred Characteristics:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or other relevant degree
  • Experience working in an Aviation MRO
  • Strong data analysis and database report writing skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong report writing and dashboard creation skills.
  • Professional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Resides near one of our Business Aviation MRO locations: Augusta, GA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Springfield, IL; Van Nuys, CA.
