Job summary

AmSafe is seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Customer Service Sales Analyst who will manage sales order contracts from inception through delivery and invoicing, and ensure a seamless customer experience by collaborating across teams and understanding customer needs.

The onsite role in our Phoenix office requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred), two years of customer service experience, and aerospace exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ customer service experience.
• Aerospace experience is a plus.
• This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance the customer experience across all functions.
• Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Manage customer orders and shipments to meet and exceed customer expectations for quality, service, and delivery.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of market, customer, and product for assigned customers.
• Proactively seek out process improvements and offer new ideas to strengthen customer relationships.
• Receive, document, and communicate all customer complaints.
