Job summary

Aeromax in the United States is seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Sales Representative to be the primary contact for customers, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure timely information, accurate orders, and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or order management is preferred; aerospace experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional customer-service approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Ability to read purchase orders, part numbers, pricing, and delivery requirements; ERP/CRM proficiency helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned customers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Enter and maintain customer purchase orders, repair orders, and related data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Review orders for pricing, quantities, part numbers, delivery requirements; resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries on order status, quotations, and product information; provide timely updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to ensure accurate order info.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on delays or changes to commitments.
• Assist with RFQs, pricing inquiries, acknowledgments, and other sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in company systems.
• Assist with certifications, traceability, shipping docs, and quality records as needed.
• Escalate issues and support with invoicing, shipment coordination, and account follow-up.
