Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Program Operations Manager to lead capital investment, capacity growth, and operational performance for the Patriot GEM-T Product Line. You will provide strategic leadership for factory capacity expansion, capital investment, and Make/Buy/Where decisions to enable production ramp and meet current and long-term program requirements.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with 10+ years experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
Defense or aerospace experience in supply chain, operations or manufacturing.
Experience with budget management, proposals, and/or finance.
ERP/MRP experience such as SAP or equivalent system.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead external test equipment strategy to meet production demand.
Lead make/buy/where strategies balancing cost, capacity, risk, and sourcing.
Improve CRIs by reducing first-pass defects and coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers.
Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve cost and schedule performance and manage risks.
Support CORE projects to enhance Operations & Supply Chain performance.
