Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Program Operations and Control Manager for the MFRFS/LADS business. This onsite role requires a seasoned operations leader capable of guiding early development programs, coordinating with program management, customers and functional teams to meet cost, schedule and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 5+ years with advanced degree or 8+ years with bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, or project management.
• Experience with EVMS and CAM processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting and review of production program metrics and trends.
• Manage earned value and ensure EVMS policy compliance.
• Support development of Estimate at Completion (EACs).
• Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
• Use analytics to drive informed business decisions.
• Participate in strategic leadership reviews and proposals.
