Sound Income Group LLC is seeking a Fee Billing & Advisor Compensation Analyst to join our Fort Lauderdale team. This on-site role supports end-to-end billing, compensation, and revenue analysis, coordinating with advisors, custodians, and vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, STEM, or closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services operations, billing, reconciliation, or related function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large volumes of data.
• Experience performing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and financial info.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; independent work.
• Effective written and verbal communication across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end fee billing and advisor support, including inquiries and billing setup.
• Manage 400-600 monthly fee records with accuracy and timelines.
• Configure fee codes and billing in Black Diamond; adjust payouts as needed.
• Maintain fee-billing dashboards in Salesforce; document changes.
• Run monthly billing cycles and coordinate with custodians and vendors.
• Prepare advisor payout and compensation reports; audit discrepancies.
• Record billing and compensation activity in QuickBooks and CashPro.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain audit trails for billing activity.
• Develop revenue reports and assist with process improvements.
