• Meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle escalated items in a timely and accurate manner.
• Resolve fee adjustment and termination inquiries and issues.
• Identify processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Updating/maintaining accurate policy and procedure documents.
