Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod is seeking a part-time Patient Care Assistant to support activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and assist nursing staff under licensed supervision at 311 Service Road, Cape Cod, MA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in patient care is valued but not required.
• Basic life support or related credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Record vital signs, temperature, and respiration as directed.
• Support documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transport.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure patient safety.
