Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) invites applications for a Clinical Manager of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based, evidence-driven services to adults at risk of hospitalization or housing instability.

This onsite role emphasizes clinical and administrative leadership, fidelity to ACT standards, staff development, and building partnerships with community agencies to expand access to care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license-eligible graduate degree (MSW/LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist).
• Three years of experience with the target population; administrative behavioral health experience.
• Colorado licensure required or in process with six months to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead employees and drive team direction; hire, coach, and manage performance.
• Provide clinical supervision and ensure high-quality client care.
• Coordinate referrals and case assignments; ensure smooth transitions between services.
