Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is hiring a full-time ACT Case Manager in Aurora, CO. You will coordinate care, provide psychosocial services, and help adults with serious mental illness live in the community. The role involves direct client contact, scheduling, and guiding clients through accessing services.

The position is onsite, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an hourly wage starting at $21.46 up to $32.19, plus a language differential of $3,000 per year for bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related human services field.
• Demonstrated interest in behavioral health field.
• Ability to assess crisis situations and intervene appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Help clients meet basic needs and assist with income, medical, housing, or other benefits.
• Arrange transportation to access needed services.
• Provide comprehensive psychosocial services to improve functioning.
• Help clients set goals and plan for appropriate services.
• Instruct clients in daily living skills (medication use, diet, exercise, etc.).
• Assist clients with social, leisure and employment opportunities.
• Offer support to families, landlords, employers, and community agencies.
• Engage natural support systems to promote treatment engagement.
• Inform eligible clients about available services in the community.
