Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Cincinnati (Blue Ash) headquarters. This role processes customer payments, applies them to invoices, and supports collections with a focus on accuracy and timely data entry.

You’ll liaise with customers and internal teams to keep accounts current. The position is onsite five days per week, with a 7AM–4PM schedule, reporting to the Controller and collaborating with the AR Lead to maintain efficient processes in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional office experience.
• 1–3 years in B2B collections or accounts receivable preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments via ACH, check, and credit card and apply to invoices.
• Match remittance details and reconcile deposits with system totals.
• Submit invoices through portals and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify unapplied credits and clear them against balances.
• Research payment discrepancies and handle adjustments.
• Contact customers about outstanding balances via phone and email.
• Document financial activity in the EBS system and flag risks.
• Assist onboarding, including portal registrations and tax-exemption data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
