Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' collections experience required.
• Ability to use confidential information in a professional manner to achieve collections targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and monitor assigned accounts for outstanding debts.
• Plan and execute actions to recover payments and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Engage customers by phone to resolve payment status and address questions or complaints.
• Investigate discrepancies, update account status, and escalate issues as needed.
