AMB Sports & Entertainment is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for daily AP and expense reimbursements across multiple entities. The role reports to the Senior Accounts Payable Manager and is fully onsite at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA.

You will handle vendor payments using Concur, process expense reports, maintain vendor records, and ensure timely reimbursements while adhering to policy. Collaboration with payroll and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing Concur Expense.
• Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing Concur Invoice (or similar automated accounts payable system).
• Experience in a multi-company accounts payable processing environment.
• Working knowledge of Great Plains or similar accounting system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word).

Responsabilités

• Process vendor payments for multiple entities using the automated invoicing system, Concur, and manual checks.
• Process associate expense reports using Concur and ensure reimbursements follow policy.
• Maintain vendor records and files; partner with payroll on 1099 filing.
• Prepare reconciliations for AP and serve as primary contact for payable requests.
• Collaborate on projects to streamline workflow and improve controls.
