Job summary

AMB Sports + Entertainment is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Finance team at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA, onsite through 2028 before relocation to Marietta, GA. The role supports month-end close, audits, and NWSL reporting, with responsibilities across general ledger, reconciliations, and capital expenditures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, with public or corporate experience, and CPA candidacy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Public accounting or corporate accounting experience a plus.
• CPA candidate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close processes and journal entries.
• Maintain financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of account reconciliations.
• Manage check deposits and cash requests.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Track and reconcile capital expenditures.
• Prepare balance sheet and income statement variance analysis.
• Support annual audits and NWSL reporting requirements.
• Complete ad hoc analysis and other projects as assigned.
