Job summary

Randstad USA in Irving, TX is seeking an Account Manager for a fully onsite role. You will work with account managers and accounting teams to process customer invoices, using MS Office including Outlook and Excel. The position requires 3 years of account management, invoicing or billing experience and a High School education.

Hours are 8 AM–5 PM, first shift. Salary is $24–$25 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in account management, invoicing or billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with client on conflict resolution as issues arise.
• Works with account manager to process invoices and accounts receivable.
• Maintains knowledge of account status with project team.
• Ensures processes and procedures are followed and drives process improvement.
• Communicates company capabilities and services to the client.
• Performs report analysis, trending and corrective actions.
