Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related AR/billing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills; Oracle experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare ad hoc reports and business correspondence on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Handle customized billing and ensure adherence to customer billing requirements.
• Contact customers for delinquent payments and resolve billing inquiries.
• Prepare aging, collection, and revenue reports; reconcile payments and customer ledgers.
• Assist with monthly closings and special projects; identify process improvements.
