Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join a fast-paced finance team. This onsite role focuses on day-to-day accounting support, vendor interactions, and accurate reconciliation of transactions to keep our books in good standing.

You will collaborate across departments, assist with month-end close, and help optimize processes with intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables). A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting support, coordination, or reconciliations.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, with the ability to manage high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile credit card and ACH transactions, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy as the Accounting Coordinator.
• Process vendor payments and expense reports while maintaining organized and compliant financial records as the Accounting Coordinator.
• Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, including onboarding and managing payment workflows as the Accounting Coordinator.
• Partner with internal departments and treasury teams to support seamless financial operations as the Accounting Coordinator.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and bill payment tracking, as the Accounting Coordinator.
