Job summary

Endries International is seeking an Account Manager to be based in Brillion, WI, with onsite work at Brillion corporate office or customer site in Ripon, WI. The role blends sales and service to manage VMI programs, review pricing, and build strong customer relationships.

You will review reports, quote parts, and ensure inventory levels are maintained while delivering parts and supporting continued revenue growth at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience required.
• Good analytic and organizational abilities.
• Quick learner with self-motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Technical/mechanical inclination a plus.
• Occasionally lift 20–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service.
• Review reports to maintain bin management system.
• Identify, source and quote parts and process orders.
• Review and maintain customer pricing.
• Build strong relationships with customer contacts.
• Audit inventory levels at customer facilities.
• Document events in CRM and deliver parts as needed.
• Support VMI program and grow revenue with existing customers.
