Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager for Marion, OH. You will be the primary client contact, steering program strategy and day-to-day operations to meet KPIs while growing and retaining accounts.

Lead recruitment activities, price services, and maintain strong relationships with HR and Operations to ensure client satisfaction and success. You will collaborate across departments, develop reporting, and position teams for ongoing success, with a focus on client-centric service and market

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Experience leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proven capability to define and manage KPIs and SLAs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn new software.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Strategic planning and driving organizational change with a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and ensure KPI/SLAs targets are met.
• Grow and retain accounts by fostering relationships with HR and Operations contacts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Pricing and selling services (conversions, temp and perm) and aligning with client needs.
• Develop knowledge of target industries, roles, market share, and competition.
• Collaborate with teams to innovate processes, policies, and procedures.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new client relationships.
