Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will drive KPI/SLA performance and maintain strong client-ready relationships while guiding candidates through the process.

You will manage job postings, conduct interviews, and build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring accurate information and a high level of service across all stages of placement and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce planning to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
• Interact with candidates onsite or online and provide correct information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and training.
• Builds and maintains candidate relationships (passive and active).
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLA metrics.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Assess candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Conducts searches and analyzes results to meet client needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete hiring/onboarding per client and organizational requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipeline for future requests.
• Create and manage recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
