Job summary

The Kable Group is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to be the day-to-day presence at a client facility in Columbus, OH. You will manage the lifecycle of onsite associates, including orientation, attendance, performance, retention, and turnover, while coordinating with the branch recruiting team and the Account Manager.

You will monitor headcount, fill rates, and time to fill, conduct site orientations and safety briefings, and ensure onboarding/compliance processes, I-9/E-Verify, and payroll

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or related high-volume, people-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with all levels from associates to management.
• Discretion handling confidential employee information and sensitive matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ATS/VMS quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for all placed associates; manage start-of-shift check-ins and issue resolution.
• Conduct facility-specific orientation, safety briefings, and site walkthroughs for new starts.
• Track attendance, no-call/no-shows, and headcount; arrange same-day coverage as needed.
• Coach associates on performance; document warnings; escalate when separation is warranted.
• Maintain staffing requisitions in the ATS; support sourcing, interviewing, and submittals.
