Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for our Georgia location. This onsite role offers a clear path to management, a competitive salary of $45,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Training lasts 18–24 months before taking on a Branch Manager position. You will originate loan opportunities, educate customers on lending products, and support branch operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Sales or related field).
• 1 year+ customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and banking products.
• Manage loan applications, conduct risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning to meet targets.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience and promote company values.
