Job summary

Republic Finance is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Johnson City for a 100% onsite role. You will learn branch operations, assist customers with loan applications, and develop to a Branch Manager with relocation support.

The position offers a competitive base salary of $45,000 plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, plus health, dental, vision insurance and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment; prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loan applications, provide customer service and explain lending options.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and responsible borrowing.
• Support branch operations and help achieve sales goals while promoting company values.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and handle routine tasks to support the Branch Manager.
