Job summary

Savvas Learning Company is seeking a Per Diem Educational Consultant (6-12 Math) to deliver core content and job-embedded services, helping districts implement Savvas products and standards-based reform. The role requires 5+ years of teaching in 6-12, on-site work in the Midwest or Mid-Atlantic, and ability to coach teachers, deliver PD, and use data dashboards to improve instruction.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of successful teaching in a 6-12 setting.
• Experience delivering workshops and coaching to teachers.
• Experience with classroom technology integration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of standards-based reform, curriculum development.
• Ability to plan strategically with school leaders and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Implement program components and differentiate instruction in the classroom.
• Coach teachers to apply program philosophy and pedagogy.
• Observe practices and provide actionable feedback to teachers.
• Use Performance and Assignment dashboards to inform instruction.
• Support administrators with implementation and outcomes.
• Provide onsite training and ongoing communication with school leaders.
