Job summary

A Bachelor's degree in Operations/Logistics and 5–7 years of related experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day onsite operations with 3PL management to ensure service levels, process execution and escalations.
• Improve supply chain processes, tools and policies.
• Develop and execute daily 3PL management processes in support of fulfillment and business goals.
• Maintain strong 3PL relationships to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with order management, sales, product, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution centers and transportation.
• Ensure inventory levels and costs are optimized with Planning & Deployment teams.
• Leverage IT and analytics to address issues and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliations and audits.
• Adhere to safety SOPs and requirements; lead business reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
