Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Projects & Financials 3PL to support day-to-day activities and high-visibility financial reporting in alignment with business strategy.

You will analyze forecasts vs spend, distribution, and inventory management outcomes, developing solutions for 3PL operations. Responsibilities include budgeting for 3PL partners, inventory reconciliation, and SOX compliance; you will collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement and data-driven

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3 or more years of experience in Supply Chain, healthcare services.
• Lean/Six Sigma training and certification preferred.
• APICS knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support for logistics operations, including AOP, forecasting cycles, and budget management for 3PL partners.
• Analyze inventory trends, validate invoices, and monitor warehouse spending and inventory adjustments.
• Lead shrinkage reviews, MIP oversight to support performance.
• Prepare and deliver logistics financial reporting, including inventory reconciliations and MIP reporting.
