Job summary

Baxter is seeking a warehouse and logistics team member to ensure smooth flow of materials across the supply chain. You will work with production teams, transportation, vendors, and plant operations to move products safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes safety, inventory accuracy, and providing high-quality support to internal and external customers. A valid driver’s license and CDL, plus a tow motor check, are required.

Qualifications

• Must have current, valid driver’s license, CDL license and pass tow motor physical.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Receive products into the warehouse and verify arrival.
• Pull products from locations and move to correct areas.
• Drive tractor/trailer, van, or lift truck between plants and vendors.
• Load/unload trucks and secure loads to prevent shifting.
• Complete loading documents and follow instructions.
• Count, weigh, sort, locate, stock and deliver items as needed.
• Identify parts and products by accurate location.
